dc.description.abstract Managerial behaviours of secondary school principals are very important as a determining factor in effectiveness of school. Some problems of principals managerial behaviour on school effectiveness in secondary schools include problems of interpersonal relationship, Motivation, Communication, Decision- making, Supervision, Leadership style and Discipline.
