Abstract:
Business Managers are facing
numerous challenges within the Nigerian context. The
country got its independence in the 1960s from the
colonial administration. Most businesses then were
agro-allied because of the dependences on agricultural
produce. There was on problem of infrastructural decay,
as the population growth was corresponding with the
country’s development, then. 1970s was associated with
crude oil discovery, this invariably brought about a shift
from the agrarian monoculture to a dependency on
petroleum.
