Abstract:
Today’s lecture is designed to gaze at how Guidance and
Counselling became a Universal Service and not only confine to
the walls of Educational system but rather a system that
covered the entire human life for better living.
Right from birth, individual’s lives have been guided either by
the parents or environment for better life and development.
