Abstract:
Soil Science and Soil Scientists in food, feed, fibre production and environmental conservation globally and locally while updating the community and the general public on the possible contribution of soilless food production as the world populations grows geometrically approaching 10 billion.
Attempt will be made to present my modest research contributions in soil science over the past few years from soil classification, soil survey, land use planning, soil fertility and studies related to the use of various amendments in the management and rehabilitation of degraded soils.
