Challenges and Prospects of Choosing a Career after Graduation

Abstract

The time for graduation is indeed a time for relief, joy and a feeling of achievement and contentment because, success, is actually sweet. For you to now come to the end of a journey that you started in the last three years, is undeniably something that would make you happy, especially seeing how some couldn’t be among the ones that made history today. Though, we know the journey has not been easy considering it has been full of challenges; socio-economic, health/clinical, cultural, academic and the rest. Nevertheless, it has been said that “When the going gets tough, it is only the tough that get going”. In this respect, permit me to say that you have been particularly tough to get here, where you are today. I also want you to puff up your chest and ‘know/understand’ that you have every right to feel proud; so, I hereby doff my hat and said congratulations! And believed me that when I say “the sky is your starting point”.
